Hey. Cleaning out my "My Documents" folder, and I noticed this little song parody, which I had almost finished. It was one line away from being done. "Bob" knows why I never finished it and posted it, but it's done now and here it is...
OVER AT TITAN (sung to the tune of "Over the Mountain") (with apologies to Ozzy Osbourne)
Over at Titan, they told me I'd thrive I'd feud with the Rock, just as soon as I arrived Why did I go there, why didn't I see what'd come? I'm sick of being the Brawler, sick of sitting on my thumb
I heard them tell me that this land of dreams was real I said that I'd been jobbed out way too much and told them how I feel
Over and over, always getting put away Back upon the canvas, losing to the hoss of the day Fear for my career, made to look like a wimp I'm sick and tired of losing, even to a wrestling pimp
I heard them tell me that this land of dreams was real I said that I'd been jobbed out way too much and told them how I feel
Oh, why didn't I see? Why did I have to leave? Big fish in a small pond is fine with me, least I was free, yeah.
Under and under, always pressed to the mat Getting sick of losing to Stephanie's pet rat Over at Titan, they said I'd be at the top Now I'm trapped on Velocity, doing the job nonstop
Oh, why didn't I see? Why did I have to leave? Big fish in a small pond is fine with me, least I was free, yeah.
